PICK & PLACE ROBOTS

Solaris Automation Systems offers Pick & Place Robots. It is a multiple axis robot (linear and rotary axis) provided with application based control. The movement of robotic arm is either linear or rotary. Other features include: main trolley is mounted on single/ multiple columns as per axis designs; precise guide ways are used for linear axis trolley; electrical motors such as stepper/ servo for accurate and precise positioning is used; flex-duty cables and drag chain is used for various linear axis; the speed (cycle time) and positional accuracy is achieved in this system; interfacing of machines by various interlocks; and end arm tooling - combination of pneumatic and mechanical, electrical, vacuum. Applications: pick and place of machined components, sheet metal pressed parts assembling of various components such as mechanical, electronic, handling of packaging pouches, etc. Other usage of robot: welding purposes, press shop, injection and moulding machine component handling, dispensing system, in critical and hazardous condition like furnace, chemical, atomic stations, etc.
