PERMANENT MAGNET GRIDS

Elektromag manufactures Permanent Magnet Grids. It offers powerful permanent protection against fine and tramp iron. They are designed for simple installation in steel hoppers, floor openings, vertical closed chutes, ducts, etc. The permanent magnet grid consists of one or more rows of magnetic tubes. A rugged grill protects, the magnets and simultaneously slows and directs the material stream onto all of the powerful magnetic tubes. Circular grids can also be offered for special applications. In installations where the iron contamination problem is particularly acute, double or multiple bank units can be offered to give extra protection.
