Pearl Pigments

Sudarshan Chemical Industries offers Sumica Pearl Pigments. This produces a unique lustre effect that creates visual impact, drive aesthetic trends and improve brand image. The lustre in the finished product varies with the particle size of the pigments used. Smaller particle sizes result in an opaque and satin sheen, while larger particle sizes create a transparent and glitter like effect. Sumica Pearl Pigments are a free flowing powder that is easy to disperse, it is stable up to high temperatures (800ºC) and is resistant to water, dilute acids, alkalis and organic solvents. The pigments possess excellent light fastness and are rated 7-8 on the blue wool scale. These pigments comply with food packaging regulations like European resolution AP(89)1, BGA, IS: 9833, toy regulation like EN71-Part, CONEG regulation and EU directive 94/62/EEC on packaging and packaging waste material.
