ARC Informatique, editor of the PcVue Solutions (Scada/Hmi/Reporting) applications suite, has just put the new version of its Website, www.pcvuesolutions.com, online. It accompanies the company´s strong international growth by standardising the layouts of its subsidiaries' local sites and providing the thousands of PcVue users worldwide with enhanced levels of services. New interactive functions reserved for clients are now provided: forum, knowledge base, FAQ, etc., with a dedicated manager available at all times. A new Extranet has also been put online for distributors, with reference data sheets for each type of application, for example, together with large amounts of other information providing sales and support aid.
