Apart from ball bearing spindles, it also offers air bearing spindles like ASC 2063 for precision drilling. Some of the precise spindle range with automatic tool change by direct tool shank chucking is as follows: ESC-3043 - 10,000 to 50,000 RPM, 2/3 phase, 0.4 kW/0.6 kW for routing as well as drilling, mounting diameter is 42.00 mm; SC-3063 - 10,000 to 60,000 RPM, 3-phase, 1.2 kW for routing as well as drilling applications, mounting diameter is 61.91 mm; and SC-3063 - H: 20,000 to 80,000 RPM, 3-phase, 0.9 kW, for routing as well as drilling applications, mounting diameter 61.91 mm. Other than PCB industry, today, the precise product line of high-speed spindles covers an impressive range, with speeds up to 1,60,000 RPM and power output to 28 HP (21 kW).
