Prima Automation offers Pad Printing Machine Controller, Manual/Shuttle, as well as other automation products. Its operation and main features: can operate in two different modes - Manual and Shuttle operation; manual mode has 8 different operations, viz, single cycle single stroke, single cycle double stroke, continuous cycle single stroke, continuous cycle double stroke, doctor blade at rear, etc; in shuttle mode there are four different operations related to colour print like single, double, three and four colour print; in case machine is idle for more than 3 minutes, it will perform Auto Doctoring in this mode; and the machine is capable of providing 16 relay outputs and capable of taking 16 proxy inputs and one high frequency input. These dynamic features make the operation more reliable and easy. Other unique features in it are non-volatile memory for storing counts, pad stroke adjustment at plate, at object and speed count. It also has simple maintenance, low cost, proven design, etc; and an excellent facility for setting time required by the operator. Apart from this the company also manufactures temperature controllers-2 to 196 channels, flow indicators, counters, timers, and application in specific controllers.
