Interpack Machines Pvt Ltd manufactures packing machines for producing centre sealed pillow pouches. These vertical form fill seal type machines have rubberised draw-off belt mechanism for film transportation. The microprocessor based controller controls the operations of the machine. The static eliminator removes static charge on the packing film. These machines can handle a variety of heat sealable packing materials such as PET/Poly, Foil/Poly, BOPP/Poly and LDPE, depending on the sealing system. Pneumatically operated centre and cross sealing mechanisms; print mark scanner for running panel printed films and date coder for on-line printing of date and batch number are the other important features of the machine. Volumetric cup filler, volumetric Auger filler, electronic weigh filler and Visco filler are the various dosing options available. These machines are available in the following three models: * BD-140: Maximum 140mm pouch width; capacity up to 60 packs/min * BD-250: Maximum 250mm pouch width; capacity up to 40 packs/min * BD-320: Maximum 320mm pouch width; capacity up to 30 packs/min
