Design Centre offers Mac fully automatic Overprinter, Model CL150. This is a very versatile floor model overprinter, which has the capability of overprinting/coding a variety of items like cartons both plain as well as lock bottom types, labels, catch-covers, skillets, pouches, back up cards, envelopes and what you have. This well engineered beautiful machine is very sturdily built to give high yields of continuous production with ease of operation. It employs the technique of rotary printing with rubber stereos or nylo plates. It is very easy to set up, operate and maintain and occupies very little floor space. The drive is from a state-of-the-art PMDC motor and the operator can continuously very the out put speed while the machine is running. This facility enables the operator to select the optimum speed for an item that he is printing. Printed articles are received on a conveyor, which allows drying and inspection. All the variable information like the date of manufacture, expiry, retail price, lot or batch number, etc, on a variety of items can be overprinted with ease on this machine. The change over time from one item to another is only few minutes, and requires no change parts.
