Overhead trolleys

Overhead trolleys from Hendo Industries, Mumbai, have been designed specially for use in all automobile organisations, for monorail application in X- and Y-axes and for suspending of spring balancers and allied equipment. These trolleys comprise of two steel side plates duly bolted by means of a shaft, which has four rollers made from high grade cast iron. It houses the double Z bearings. There is a provision of drop forged hook holder for suspending any particular load. A rubber shock absorber is provided to avoid collision with adjacent trolleys. This is normally finished in powder coating for surface improvement. Hendo manufactures three ranges of trolleys, that is, 1/4 ton (250 kgs), 1/2 ton (500 kgs) and 1 ton (1,000 kgs). These are mainly used in all automobile organisations and in welding shops. Subsequently, these can be used in refrigeration, washing machine or any assembly line or for transportation of loads (jigs and fixtures) on the standard dimensions (I-beam) of 75 x 150, 100 x 200, 140 x 300.
