Baliga orifice plates offer accuracy, economy and convenience in fluid flow measurement in pipelines ranging from 25 NB (1) to 1200 NB (48). These are precisely machined to meet requirements of international standards. Bore sizing is done as per ISO 5167/BS EN ISO 5167-1/LK Spink/AGA3/ASME standards. Baliga orifice plates are accurately machined from quality material such as SS316, SS321, SS304, SS410, Monel, Inconel, Hastalloy C, Titanium, etc., to suit customers’ requirements.

- Concentric square edge orifice plate – used in a wide range of applications, both for horizontal and vertical pipe lines
- Conical entrance orifice plate – for very high viscous fluids, for horizontal pipe lines
- Quadrant edge orifice plate – for viscous fluids, for horizontal pipelines
- Eccentric orifice plate – for slurries and suspended solids in flow stream, wet steam, liquid with trace solids, oil with water, for horizontal pipe lines
- Segmental orifice plate – ideal for fluids suspended particles, eliminates damming of material with solids, for horizontal pipe lines
- Restriction orifice plate – for flow control or pressure throttling, not recommended for measurement, both for horizontal and vertical pipelines.
