T & T Industries offers Orbital riveting machines. Riveting machines are used in chain assembly, switchgear, fans, surgical instruments, clutch/brake liners, baggage, toys, electronics/electrical parts, hand tools, castors, rollers, business machines, bakelite-metal assembly, locks, bicycle parts, typewriters, automobile/auto electricals, etc. The machine can be used for a range of jobs from freely swivelling joints to clamped, torque-resisting joints. Features: micromatic stop allows stepless and precise adjustment of stroke length, rigid construction, precise orbital motion, easy to service and maintain; and standard accessories include digital time control. Advantages: long tool life, fast operation, low axial thrust, noiseless operation, gentle deformation, protects fragile parts, simple tooling and easy set up, precise control on riveting process, and least distortion of parent material. Application: stepless adjustment of riveting force, time, stroke and speed allows the machine to perform on a wide variety of applications. Optional accessories: machine stand or floor mounting, special tooling to reach inaccessible parts, tool locking devices for notching/marking operation, pressure pad to hold down the assembly during riveting, and carbide tipped form tools for materials that are difficult to rivet.
