Bull"s Eye Process Controls offers online viscosity controller, Model B 10 V. This microprocessor based viscosity controller provides a complete solution for automation of continuous as well as batch processes, which require accurate viscosity control. The system can be configured to control multiple channels of viscosity as well as temperature thus enabling total control of even complex processes. Viscosity measurement is based on the principle of "Time of Fall". The method of measurement being digital in nature is free from reading errors. The measuring element is a precision sensor but still does not contain fragile parts like spring, etc, and hence, is ideal for online applications. The instrument continuously performs viscosity measurement and initiates control through addition of solvents. Temperature control/temperature compensation of viscosity reading can be performed. Model B 10 V can be used effectively for improved quality, reduction in skilled manpower and better manufacturing practice.
