Tejas Precision Products manufactures On-Off Control Valve Systems. The system is highly reliable and used for process control and instrumentation packages of modern process industry. The actuator systems have been specifically designed to meet the stringent specifications of petroleum, petrochemical and allied chemical industries. All equipment are designed and selected with optimum safety factors to ensure adequate working margins. All are made from properly tested high quality corrosion resistant materials and finished, ensuring and minimum wear in hostile environments encountered. All the materials and processes of production are 100% inspected at every stage to offer good quality, prompt delivery and best price. Accessories like limit switches, solenoid valve, manual over-ride, cable gland, etc are also available. Triple tier sealing arrangement is provided across the stem to prevent any leakage: a primary seal between body and stem effected by a PTFE "O" ring; a second carbon filled gland packing and stainless steel gland material provides flexibility and rigidity at the top of the stem to prevent any leakage across the stem length; and thirdly, two Belleville spring washers live load and stem and adjust for any wear or expansion and contraction due to temperature fluctuations. A slit nut at the top prevents unnecessary movement of sealing rings and completely eliminates gland leakage problems associated with rising stem gate/ globe valves.
