Lubroglide Oilless Bearings offers Oilless Bearings, LB 500. These bearings are among the latest available in bearing material. These bearings not only have anti seizure properties but also can work under severe conditions and high temperatures. These bearings even work without any lubrication as the name suggests. These bearings reduce the downtime of machines and have a very long working life as compared to conventional bearing. Product range includes Bush Bearings, Wear Plates, Liners, etc in Self Lubricating Bearing Material/ Graphitted Bronze/ Graphite Embedded Bearings. Oilless Grades available are LB 500, LB 2000, LB 1000 LB 300 etc. Oilless bushes have solid graphite inserts, which provides continuous lubrication at all times. These bushes can work in severe conditions like high temperature (at 250?C), dusty conditions, lubrication failures etc. Due to the presence of solid lubricants the co-efficient of friction is brought to as low as 0.05. These bushes also have a high embedability for foreign particles; the foreign particle gets embedded into the holes throwing out graphite thus saving the shaft and the bush. Also due to the continuous presence of graphite there are nearly zero chances of having shaft seizures. Oilless Bearings can be safely replaced for sintered bronze bearings. When replaced for sintered bearings, these bearings shall improve/ increase load carrying capacity and also increase the life of bush without any maintenance.
