Oil-Tight Limit Switches

Brisk Engineering offers Oil-Tight Limit Switches. These switches are compact and lightweight designed for trouble-free operation even in highly contaminated atmosphere and vibration conditions; are completely oil and water tight, and dust and damp proof. Robust construction, high-quality corrosion resistant materials, precision finishing and the high protection class IP67 ensure reliable performance. SS and brass forged parts and lever provide high rigidity and corrosion resistance. The two-circuit double break silver contact with beryllium copper provide quick make and break action with high contact pressure. The contact mechanism is enclosed in a phenolic moulding. The complete unit can be removed and replaced without the risk of changing the operating characteristic of the limit switch. Housing material: Aluminium D; mounting pitch: 30 x 60 mm; high temperature: 90° C (max); low temperature: -40°C (min); mechanical life: over 10 million cycles; electrical life: over 500 thousand cycles; electrical rating: 10 amps 250 V AC; switching principle: snap-action; and weight: 350 g approximately.
