S Mark Industries is engaged in manufacturing Oil and Gas Production Facilities work conforming to DGMS/OISD stipulations, i.e., designing, fabrication, commissioning and operation of all pressure vessels, storage tanks, and ancillary equipments such as flame arrestors, scrubbers serving the oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, and specialty process industries worldwide. Products and services include: designing and fabrication of EPS and oil field equipments – oil and gas pipe lines and separator oil and kods; economical heating and demulsification system for small production installation; indirect bath heaters; oil storage tanks, heat exchangers, wire line winches; design and fabrication of filtration units (being used with rigs for brine, etc); design, installation and commissioning of fire fighting system, installation and commissioning of plants; design, planning and execution of stimulation jobs; operation and maintenance of oil and gas installations; oil well testing with equipment and crew; testing of high pressure wells; and testing of low pressure wells. The company also designs, fabricates and supplies: feasibility report of fuel from rice husk to natural gas for 16 rice mills in Bavla; design of feeder gas lines from main gas line with complete safety and metering equipment; mobile scrapping winches; hydraulically operated mobile handling units for material handling; hydraulically operated winch for CTU; and various other indigenous substituted equipment for oil and gas industry.
