Pumps and Equipment Corporation manufactures Duel filtration oil burner nozzles. It finds millions of applications of heating installations and is a leading way to reduce plugging and extending nozzles life. The nozzle is equipped with a ribbed sintered bronze external filter that provides up to 30% more filtration than any other nozzles. In addition, a second internal filter of sintered bronze catches impurities that the primary filter may have missed. This additional filtration provides with an 35% more surface filtration area, assuring resistance to clogging and plugging that are the most frequent bothering problems. Both filters are composed of grade 68HP bronze powder and rated at 30-40 microns
