Sikri Packaging Corporation offers an object insertion device for packaging machines. FMCG companies are nowadays inserting various free gifts like small toys, spoons, key-chains, gold and silver coins and jewellery, etc, into their packages, in order to induce consumers to buy their products. Most companies face a problem in integrating this process into existing packaging lines. The newly developed low cost automatic object insertion devices is meant for retrofitting on a wide range of packaging machines. The device can be fully synchronized with the machine, so that the objects can be inserted into each pack or after regular intervals, as may be required. Electronically controlled, the devices use sophisticated indexing techniques and/or electromagnet principles to achieve perfect discharge patterns as per user defined programs. The devices are manufactured to the customers" specific needs, the design depending upon the make/model of the packaging machines being used; the type of filling system installed weighmetric, auger or volumetric; access to filling head; the nature, shape and size of the item to be inserted; and the insertion frequency required.
