This nozzle achieves excellent jet performance without any inside insert. It produces powerful concentrated jet, which gives better productivity at the plant. High pressure solid jet nozzles are stable and powerful jets which are not breaking its edges at very high pressures. Solid jet nozzles are available with many flow rate and sizes. Also application pressure ranges from 0.5 bar to 300 bar. Applications: high pressure cleaning systems, jet cutting, separating cleaning inside of barrels and tanks, for heating up purposes, etc.
