NOZZLE LINERS

Dip-Flon Engineering offers Nozzle Liners. It is used in glass lined steel reactors and vessels. It eliminates damage to fragile nozzles during the insertion and operation of dip tubes, spargers and instrumentation. It also reduces erosion of the glassed alloy vessel nozzle by steam or abrasive materials, preventing process contamination and expensive repairs; and solids build-up is also reduced. It is provided in the desired length to meet exact requirements.
