ZKL Bearings offer Non Contact Laser Thermometers, ZMLT-550. It is unique to monitor and check temperatures including bearing housings. The temperature in a rotating machine is a critical indication of the running health, lubrication condition, rotating alignments, etc. Thus the measurement of temperature taken will help on preventive steps such as setting right the re-lubrication intervals, shut down planning, scheduling overhauls or even replacement of bearings.
