Needle valves

Low and high-pressure needle valves from Prime Engineers, Mumbai, have Teflon or Grafoil packing for bubble-free joints at various temperatures. These are available in single piece forged body/bar stock construction and union bonnet/screwed bonnet construction. Metal-to-metal seat is provided for high-pressure conditions, whereas Teflon seat for low-density gases and non-lubricating fluids. These have hard plated non-rotating tip stem and a variety of end connections including 1/8" to 1? OD single and double ferrule fittings, 1/8" to 1? Male, Female, NPT, SP, JIS, ISO and DIN pipe ends. Suitable pressure range for these needle valves is 3000-10000 PSI at 120-500 deg C. Optional bleed-plug helps in drainage of residual fluid.
