Needle Control In-line Valves

F LLi Tognella S.p.a offers Needle Control In-line Valves, FT1253/5. These are single-acting needle control in-line valves. These ensure an accurate control of the fluid in one direction and allow for free passage in the opposed direction. As an alternative to FT 257/5 where the working pressure does not exceed 210 bar and when ferrous material cannot be used, these are suitable for applications with air, gas and liquid in general. Same basic characteristics as the FT 257 series: full shut off via metal seal; simple setting of flow rates; secure against accidental needle withdrawal; secure needle position with locking screw inserted in the handwheel; provisions for panel mounting, for which special lock nut (G) is supplied; maximum working pressure is 210 bar. Specifications: type-size - 18-1/8"; 14-Œ"; 38-3/8"; 12-œ"; and 34-Ÿ". Maximum working pressure is 210 bar for all. a wide range pneumatic/ hydraulic valves and fittings.
