ND: YAG Laser Welding Systems

Nariman H Wadia offers ND: YAG Laser Welding System, Laserman LM700 & 500. It is a high precision laser welding system. This has an ergonomically designed body for operator convenience resulting in longer stress-free hours at the machine. Salient features: minimum shot diameter 0.1 mm; horizontally opening side shutters for increased convenience and less chance of pieces falling into machine; parameter screen at eye level for faster reaction time for checking of settings; German optics used throughout; adjustments from inside and outside the working chamber; built-in modem for transfer of parameters to any computer; graphic display with all working parameters; fast setting and change of working parameters through mobile console with encoder; self-diagnosis and self-testing system; high-quality stereoscopic microscope with UV ray and laser radiation protection (for the eyes); possibility of using inert argon gas through two adjustable nozzles; air nozzle for cooling pieces in the working chamber; can also be used for repair of damaged or worn setting without removing the stones, molten pieces and surface defects, heat-sensitive pieces; and connection of different metals ? welding of special chains.
