NC Rotary Tables

CNC Technologies offers NC Rotary Table, TD-125. This is equipped with high tech cross roller bearing. It is available up to 500 mm diameter. Full depth gear is employed as compared to standard tooth gear giving equal strength that of one size larger gear. Larger PCD worm wheel gives larger area for engagement, resulting in lesser contact face-pressure and lesser wear. Canon plugs for connecting cables prevent motor-encoder from the possible damage due to water entry. Pneumatic clamping is adopted for a small size of rotary tables. On a larger size tables hydraulic clamping is adopted- a circular hydraulic system. It can ensure heavy and steady cutting without any deviation from the position due to heavy cutting force and can allow heavy-duty continuous cutting. The wear resistant alloy double-lead worm gear results in low co-efficient of friction, which in turn yields high mechanical efficiency, allowing maximum power transfer.
