Balluff India offers Multiple Position Switches. It is been used under harshest conditions. The design principle and large number of possible switching types and configurations as well as consistent quality inspection ensure the highest level of quality and reliability. The plungers are the only moving parts outside of the housing and are subjected to daily exposure to a wide range of unavoidable influences such as: abrasive materials, weld splatter, strongly resonating coolants and lubricants and long cam travel. The Series 100 switch family with quick change plunger block as an option to the standard multiple limit switches are available. The multiple position switches with quick-change plunger block eliminate time-consuming changing of the plungers. In just a few minutes the entire block system can be replaced without any tools and without the risk of wiring mistakes. The advantages of the quick-change unit as a problem solver are clear: minimal machine downtime, no wiring mistakes, easy to install, low repair costs, can be used even in the harshest conditions, no special expertise required, plungers are individually replaceable and enclosure rating IP 67.
