Multi track form, fill & sealing machine for solid/liquid

Model IFP 406 is a multi track, fully automatic, totally controlled by PLC (programmable logic controller), compact, robust machines. Features include: simple operation, low maintenance, high productivity; all contact parts made of stainless steel 316; AC frequency drive with latest addition for speed adjustment; photoelectric mark registration system for precise cutting and sealing of pouches/sachets; PID temperature controller used for control sealing temperature; foil de-coiling roll off wind station with web edge guide feature; tension control using pneumatically loaded dancer with linear feedback and adjustable; mechanical belt; compact duplex piston pumps provide high dosing accuracy, are easily adjustable and can removed for replacement and cleaning; volumetric slide fillers for free flowing granules with simple adjustment; UV light arrangement for bacteria/any other toxication free; display board (attached in panel) for adjust the speed of machine, cutting of pouch, etc; and if there is any problem in the machine, it will be shown in the board. PLC, drive and display board are of Allen Bradley, and PID temperature controller from Shimaden, Japan. This heavy-duty machine is capable of running for 24 hours.
