Multi-spindle drilling machines

Behringer saws Inc manufactures multi-spindle drilling machines in FP series. These machines are suitable for drilling beams, channels, angles, flats and structural sections. The fully CNC controlled drilling unit allows fast working of profiles and structural sections. The FP may be equipped with a band-sawing unit in line or parallel, with loading and transfer system. The high productivity of the machine is due to efficient programming of all functions with variable speeds. Infeed carriage is equipped with hydraulic material gripper driven by brushless motor. Frequency controlled rotation speed (spindle rpm) is automatically set by computer. CNC spindle feed feature is provided with ball screw and brushless motor. Automatic shift from fast approach feed to working feed is possible. Automatic measurement of bar length, CNC controlled flange and web gauge lines, CNC programmable controls and DNC network capability are the other features.
