All the operations for executing wind, wrap, cut and routing functions are achieved through a 3 axes movement of wire guide with linear, circular and helical interpolation capability. The machine is ideal for winding SMPS coils, hybrid transformers, adaptor coils, magneto winding, stator coils and allied products. The use of AC servomotors for axis control and close loop AC drive for spindle provides excellent dynamic performance in achieving high repeatability, accuracy and maintenance free operation. A wide range of accessories like precision wire tensioners with integrated spool stand and custom designed fixtures with quick change coupling facilities easy changeover and optimum utilization of the machine.
