Multi Mills

Sams Machines International offers Multi Mills. It is a self-contained portable unit, suitable for wet granulation, pulverising, shredding and chopping. It utilises the principle of variable force swing hammer blades having both knife and impact edges rotating with a carefully selected screen and speed to control reduction. The speeds can be varied from minimum to maximum - 750 to 3000 RPM, since material entering the chamber travels to the periphery and passes through the screen tangentially and radially. Speed is controlled with the help of an AC frequency drive. It is used for tablets, food processing departments, confectioneries, bakeries, chemical, dyestuff, cosmetic and pesticides.
