Power Ace Engg Co has introduced in the Indian market Motorised Rollers manufactured by Rollex GmbH, Germany. The Rollex Motor-Roller 50 is the small, powerful, intelligent solution for automation needs. Parcels and small boxes up to 520 N can be transported with a high reliability. The compact control board guarantees simple installation. The low working noise makes working stress-free. Rollex drum motor consists of 24 V DC motor with galvanised steel tubes. SS and coated tubes also can be supplied. The gears can be single stage or two stage, depending on the line speed. Gears are made from high quality alloy steel. All motors are having ‘F’ class insulation and IP54 rating, with 3-phase, 230 or 440 V. Motors with built-in brakes are also available (Model 850-89). The possibilities of use are various – in pharmaceuticals and food industry or mail order business or courier industry – the Motor-Roller transports goods fast and in a reliable manner. Product characteristic of motor-roller type 840-50: speed range – from 0.2 up to 1.3 m/s; load capacity – max 520 N; temperature – 0°C up to +40°C; torque – up to 1.8 Nm; low noise – reverse drive possible; integrated motor –regulation; small, external connecting-box with integrated speed regulation; and controlled safety-off with reconnection.
