Motorised high speed spindle

Motorised high-speed spindle from A T Consultants is of cartridge type having a spindle power for a wide range of spindle speeds. Motor as an integral unit allows the spindle to rotate at higher speeds as a complete unit, without the additional limitation of belts or gears. High-speed spindle bearings have been used to achieve the maximum output, with load capacity and hardness. The bearings give better stability as well as axial stability of the shaft; less friction and wear are the advantages. The bearings are greased for a lifetime. Cooling of spindle is through water at ambient temperature.
