Motorised conveyor pulley

Drum motors - motorised conveyor pulley are state-of-the-art equipment from Van der graaf, Holland. The drum motors come with IP66 sealing, making them dust proof and water proof, enabling them to work in the most adverse conditions. The IP66 sealing allows steam or waterjet washing of the drum motors. The crowned shell stops the conveyor belt from swaying self tracking. The motor inside the pulley always remain in an oil bath, which helps in heat dissipation. Van der graaf drum motors are available in the following range: dia (mm) - 100 to 618; power (kW) - 0.05 to 22; belt pull (N) - 55 to 14250; belt speed (m/sec) - 0.007 to 5.20; shell width (mm) - 260 to 2000 or more on request; shell material - MS with anti rust coating, MS with zinc galvanised, SS, polyacetal, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc.
