Mobile Scaffold Towers

Zarges mobile and folding scaffold units are strong aluminium alloy structures, with an intelligent modular design. All units can be ordered individually and combined according to need. No tools are needed for assembly or dismantling, which means quick and easy conversion from an assembly alongside a wall to a free-standing structure. Maintenance-free coupling claws, with automatic locking, rule out incorrect operation. Folding units have self-locking joints for easy assembly and dismantling. Quality and safety are also extremely important here: all scaffold units are Group 3 approved scaffold units (200 kg/m² loading capacity). They are TÜV tested and comply with standards DIN 4422-HD 1004 and Merkblatt BGR 172 and BGR 173. Push-in frames, horizontal and diagonal tubular elements are very thick for even greater stability. Fully welded rung/stile joints cannot twist or break and have an enormous load-bearing capacity. Telescopic stabilisers are secured with additional anti-torsion protection. In the case of mobile scaffold units with chassis beams, greater safety is assured thanks to large box section and centred loading. For working at greater heights, additional triangular stabilisers provide a larger standing base and reduce the number of ballast weights required. All scaffold units have a welded, maintenance-free platform frame. Wherever wooden parts are used they are made from non-slip, weather-resistant, glued, phenolic resin coated plywood from Finnish birch. A cantilever set, for fitting on one or both sides at any height, means that the working surface can be extended to 2.70 m.
