MOBILE HYDRAULIC OIL FILTRATION CUM TRANSFER UNIT

National Hydraulics offers Mobile Hydraulic Oil Filtration Cum Transfer Unit. It avoids undue risk in hydraulic machines due to contamination of hydraulic oil. Features: filters - two paper filters of (on suction side 149 micron stainless steel strainer and on delivery side 10/ 25 micron paper cartridge) of Hydroline make with aluminium die cast construction; bye pass valve - 20 bar working pressure, max temperature 80°C; magnetic separators and contamination gauges to indicate chocked filters; electric motor - 0.5 HP single phase 1440 RPM (GE or Crompton make) with 10 metre electric cable end miniature starter; gear pump - low noise, aluminium body gear pump with l2/ l6/ 24 LPM flow of reputed make (Dowty, UK or Vickers make); and mobile cart - a ruggedly built mobile cart having light weight, attached with a drip pen to keep work area clean of oil spillage with oil, fitted with oil resistant wheels. Failure results: loss of production due to machine breakdown; expensive and frequent hydraulic component replacement; frequent hydraulic oil replacement; and increase in over all maintenance cost. Periodic maintenance of hydraulic oil by way of filtration reduces unexpected breakdown.
