National Hydraulics manufactures mobile hydraulic oil filteration cum transfer unit. The mobile hydraulic filteration unit provides a solution to the following problems. In any hydraulic machine, contamination of hydraulic oil is a major cause of failure and results in grinding halt. This causes tremendous loss to the user by loss of production due to machine breakdown, expensive and frequent hydraulic component replacement, frequent hydraulic oil replacement, increase in overall maintenance cost. Periodic maintenance of hydraulic oil by way of filteration reduces unexpected breakdown of hydraulic machine. Salient Features: Two paper filters with aluminium die cast construction, bye pass valve, 20 Bar working pressure, max temperature 80C, magnetic separators and contamination gauges to indicate chocked filters, Electric Motor of 0.5 HP single phase, 1440 RPM with 10-meter electric cable and miniature starter, low noise and aluminium body gear pump with 12/16/24 LPM flow, Two transparent braided hoses are provided with suction and delivery side for easy handling and operation, a ruggedly built mobile cart having light weight, attached with a drip pan to keep work area clean of oil spillage with oil, fitted with oil resistant wheels.
