Mobile Grease Pump

Vijay Traders offers pneumatically operated high-pressure mobile grease pump. It is designed with less moving parts which assures the durability of pump and becomes suitble for grease lubrication. Technical data: Model-VT 7650; reservoir capacity - 50 kg (drum); pressure ratio - 50:1; minimum working pressure - 4.5 kg/cm2; maximum working pressure - 10.8 kg/cm2; recommended working pressure - 9 kg/cm2; delivery (approx) working pressure - 9 kg/cm2, 360 gm per minute; recommended grease - nlg0 or nlg1; extra accessories - 7 feet long high pressure grease hose; "Z" swivel fitting for easy motion of hose; quick release coupling for air connection; high pressure trigger operated grease controller with hydraulic type connector to suit hydraulic type grease nipple; follower plate for thick grease; and whole unit can be fitted on a fabricated trolley for easy carrying and handling. Extra long high-pressure hose in one length is available as per user requirement. Pumps are also available in 25 kg capacity on special order.
