MINIATURE 2-WAY SOLENOID VALVE

Precision Instrument manufactures Flocon Series FDM valves. These are available in both normally open and normally closed versions. These are manufactured in brass, stainless steel and aluminium body, in sizes 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8" BSP/ NPT connection. Series FDC valves are similar but available only in normally closed configuration with flow control. These are 2-way midget type solenoid valves with a compact design for automatic control of gas, air, water and steam and other corrosive media. These direct operated valves work from 0 to the maximum rated pressure. The valves feature resilient or Teflon seating for tight shut-off. The solenoid is housed in general purpose enclosure IP 20 and IP 40, weatherproof IP 55, watertight IP66, IP 67 and flameproof IP 68. It consists of continuous duty epoxy moulded coils with class F and H insulation. All solenoid parts in contact with fluid are made of stainless steel 300/ 400 series.
