MICROCUT CHALLENGER CNC LATHE

Machine Tools Traders offers Microcut Challenger CNC Lathes. It is of high-precision, easy to operate, low maintenance and have many other features suitable for modern industries. It is supplied with Fagor/ Fanuc/ Siemens CNC controller. Its special features are: very rigid; high efficiency output; hardened and ground bed ways; automatic lubrication system with meter valve for side ways and ball screws; five surface finish of machinery work piece; and accuracy of positioning and repeatability ±0.005. It is available in different sizes, i.e., ABC 880 mm to 6200 mm, swing over bed 360 mm to 890 mm with tool turret, hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tail stock quill and accessories. Microcut Challenger slant bed CNC turning centre having maximum cutting dia 200/ 400/ 430 mm are also offered.
