Brisk Engineering Company offers Brisk Model B1 Micro Switches. The Micro Switches are single-pole changeover snap action switches featuring exceptional repeat accuracy with beryllium copper trident spring mechanism and silver cadmium oxide contacts. Precision design with a variety of actuators and superior material ensures satisfactory service in a wide variety of applications. Housing and cover consist of superior electrical grade phenolic material. These are available in T type and side screw type base with screw terminals suitable for 15 A/230 V AC and fin type base with solder terminals suitable for 5 A/230 V AC. Electroplated brass hard wares are provided for connection terminals. These micro switches with the compact over travel plunger model shown here are for use where the actuating mechanism moves in line with plunger travel. The contact resistance across the closed contact is less than 10 milliohms. Insulation resistance is more than 100 mega ohms. These micro switches are tested at 2 kV between the open contacts and confirm to standards. The switches are also tested and passed by IDEMI, Mumbai.
