Features: 5 point double toggle clamping system; Single stroke hydraulic ejector; Injection movement is actuated by two hydraulic cylinders for perfect alignment to the clamp unit; Gas nitride screw barrel with standard I/ D ratio; High torque hydraulic motor for screw drive; Two stage injection speed; Automatic suck back system; Ceramic band heater; Mould opening and clamping in three stage. Optional features: Core pulling system; Air ejector with timer; Centralized automatic lubricating system; and Mould setting gear arrangement by hydro-motor.
