The Cly-Del Manufacturing Company, certified to the ISO 9001/2000, is a 3rd generation family owned company that has been in the metal stamping business for over 63 years. It specialises in high quality, close tolerance, high volume production of metal components. This is a custom job shop servicing the battery, writing instrument, automotive, electronic, hardware, garden tool and other miscellaneous industries using progressive stamping and transfer metal drawing techniques. Progressive part production at Cly-Del continues to be a major focus of the company’s business. High speeds in excess of 15,000 parts per minute, with process controls to assure built-in quality and give customers the progressive part manufacturing system they require. The staff of engineers and toolmakers is extremely talented in design and development to meet customer needs. Cly-Del manufacturing has over thirty, 20- to 90-tonne presses ready to be tooled, single or multiple lines, for high speed part production. Components can be made from alloys of all ferrous, aluminium, copper or clad metals. Secondary operations can be performed when required. The Cly-Del plant is continuously updated with the most advanced equipment, including a full range of 20- to 90-tonne presses – Bruderer, Haulick-Roos, and Minster – which can produce a wide variety of intricate stampings at high speed and multiple lines. The well staffed department of highly qualified, certified tool and die makers constructs and maintains the tooling required to produce these components. The Cly-Del apprenticeship-training program assures the availability of specialists for tomorrow.
