Sharp-cut, high-speed cutting band saw machines offer: double columns ground and hard chrome plated; auto-height adjustment of saw frame; infinitely variables feed by flow-control valve; step pulley for band speed; carbide band guides with bearings for long life of blade; heavy-duty gearbox for necessary torque; hydraulic band tension with auto release of tension when power off; heavy-duty hydraulic clamping vice with both side clamping facility of work piece; separate electrical control panel; in-built coolant tank with pump; in-built hydraulic tank with necessary components for automation; safety cut off in case of band breakage/slippage; power-driven wire brush for band burr cleaning; and bellows on the top for column protection.
