Teknik offers Material Handling Equipments. It is used for sugar industry. By minimising the time-gap between cutting and crushing of cane, recovery rate can be improved and by proper phasing of successive processes, process losses can be minimised. Troughed tabular type belt conveyor with 2400 mm width is used to avoid all spillage of fibriser cane, which operates at 350 TPH carrying capacity. Bin-system and belt type bucket elevators help smooth flow of sugar without contamination and noise. It is cost efficient in the ultimate analysis. Sugar-bag-handling system and bagasse stacking and reclaiming system bring ease in storing and reclaiming the finished produce and usable waste.
