MARKING PRINTERS

Lemon Systems offers Marking Printers. It is computer controlled. It is used for marking data on components, metal plates, etc. Marking possibilities include: area - 100 x 100 mm; height of the part to be marked - 300 mm; linear, angular, inverted, circular marking possible; available fonts - simplex, 5 x 7 dot font; character height - 0.5-99.9 mm in steps of 0.1 mm; date codes, serial numbers, lot numbers, shift codes, logos, etc., can be marked; and output of barcode scanner can be marked directly. Software: operates on Windows standards; pull down menus; hot keys; tool bar and status bar; unlimited storage of designs; and user-friendly interface. Extras: component of software customisation, foot switch operation, end of marking output, additional I/ Os for integration, force codes for different settings, pneumatic/ stepper control for Z axis, stepper rotary axis for peripheral marking, name plate holding manual/ automatic devices and turnkey marking solutions. Technical requirements: power - 230 V, 50Hz; pneumatic - 6 bar instrument dry air supply; PC - any computer with Windows OS; and port - RS232 COM1 port.
