MANIPULATORS/ ZERO GRAVITY LIFTERS

Solaris Automation offers Manipulators/ Zero Gravity Lifters. All manipulators and attachments are custom designed. General specifications: capacity - up to 500 kg; lift - 2 m; reach - 2.5 m; rotation - 360º with stopper; air requirement - 5 bar (nominal); operator handle -ergonomically designed; controls - pneumatic or hydraulic balancing of load; gripper - mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum operated with ergonomic design; mountings - floor or overhead - stationary/ mobile; safety - in case of air failure, the arm will not fall, the product and arm will slowly lower to the floor, thus protecting operator as well as product being manipulated; and components - heavy metal components such as castings, forgings, machined parts, assemblies, sheet metal and large size press components, packed products in cartoons, containers, cylinders, etc. Applications: pick & place, assembly, loading/ unloading on machine, inspection, packaging, stacking, etc.
