Manifolds

Nitoo Sales offers Manifolds. It is new quick-shot, complete, standardised and has a choice between straight or cross manifold system. It includes the insulating plate, connection piece including Titan-insulating ring, thrust transmitting pieces, adjacent thermocouple, spacer, hot runner nozzles of the 5SHT/6SHT series in lengths of 50 mm or 80 mm, as well as electric and thermal cables with mounting fixtures. The straight manifold (2-fold or 4-fold) offers a bore gauge range of 68 to 440 mm and the crossover manifold with a bore gauge range of 50 mm to 240 mm offers a large range of possibilities. The SHT-series nozzles are equipped with wear-resistant nozzle tips. The nozzles are attached to the runners with screws and are equipped with a patented, divided shaft, which allows for unproblematic processing of reinforced technical synthetics. Tool and mould maker are offered.
