Magnetic drive process pump

ITT Richter India offers Magnetic drive process pump. This hermetically sealed pump has been designed for corrosive, polluted, pure, toxic and other critical liquids in chemical, pharmaceutical and similar processes. However, numerous applications are given within general industry, petrochemical plants, water and food processing, metallurgy and environmental protection, too. The choice of wetted materials includes stainless steel, hastalloy, ductile iron, Alloy 20 and titanium. The pump manages flows up to 340 m?/h and delivery heads up to 160 m LC at 2900 RPM (400 m?/h and 210 m LC at 3500 RPM). Standard operating pressures are up to 16 bar with option for 25 bar. Operating temperatures range from -40 to180?C, optionally even to 280?C. Features include: easy-to-mount cartridge-type plain bearing with engineered lubrication made of chemical and abrasion resistant SsiC; seamless deep-drawn hastelloy separating can - no welding joints subjected to the pumpage - although the operating pressure of the can is limited to 25 bar, it is tested to withstand a burst pressure > 150 bar; and the pump can also be equipped with, e.g., an inducer to overcome difficult NPSH conditions and with various monitoring devices.
