Lubricants

Project Sales Corporation offers Lubricants. It is used for the sponge iron industry. Slip seal mechanisms in sponge iron plants are lubricated with high performance greases designed, to withstand high temperatures and provide desired sealing effect. Motor bearings are lubricated with high temperature and shear resistant polyurea greases. Support roller bearings are best lubricated with very high viscosity greases designed to provide a separating film. Models G-0103, G-0100, Q3-4613, KGP-2P/E & KGP-2/P are also offered. Model G-0103 is designed for slip seal application, model G-0100 is designed for motors operations, model Q3-4613 is a priming paste used for avoiding seizing, model KGP-2P/E is a running-in grease is specially developed for the running-in of new gears or for repair of their damaged surfaces and model KGP-2/P is the sprayable service grease with a base oil viscosity of 1000 CST containing an optimum blend of solid lubricants with a purity of 99.5% to 99.9%.
