Low Noise Briquetting Systems

Maschinebau RUF offers briquetting systems which can be used for the briquetting of wood shavings, wood scrap, shavings and dust from wood and paper processing as well as of production residuals. The production of fuel briquettes is possible from 100 to 1400 kg/h. The briquettes are in accordance to DIN 51731, with a uniform size and hardness. Through the angular form, they can be easily stacked for shipment, neat packaging and more efficient use of storage space. The systems have a rugged construction, are mounted on a massive frame, are ready to switch on and require no foundation. They also have a low electrical load due to a high efficiency hydraulic system with low operating noise. Steel, cast iron and non-ferrous cast metal chips can all be made into highly solid briquettes.
